This adhesive is a breathable, non-sensitizing, long-duration adhesive intended for wear up to 10 days. The adhesive is acrylic based and pressure sensitive, so be sure to firmly massage the adhesive into the skin at application. This adhesive is not suitable for use on fragile or geriatric skin.

DermaQuik devices are designed to create wound edge eversion on closure, unlike any non-invasive competitors. A slight elevation of the wound edge (“eversion”) is taught as a standard goal of stitches and wound closure in medical textbooks.
